Management of SCF

SCF is a society registered with the National Registrar of Societies inSingapore. SCF is thus governed by a constitution approved by ROS. The overall management of SCF activities is currently performed through the volunteer services of the SCF Management Committee, and a core team of paid staff.

The present SCF Management Committee was voted in at the  Annual General Meeting held on 12 November 2010, and will serve a 2-year term according to the SCF constitution. The members of the current Management Committee are:

SCF’s activities are governed by an annual workplan that is approved by SSC, and for which quarterly KPIs are set and reported on. The workplan is integral to the SCF Cycling Strategic Plan.

SCF  complies with Code Of Governance set by the SSC, and has adopted the SSC Human Relations management guidelines. SCF is also compliant with the SSC Code Of Athlete Management, including aspects of Athlete Agreements, Anti-doping, and selection criteria for national cyclists.

SCF  has established financial regulations that are in line with the SSC Financial Guidelines for NSAs, and its accounts are audited by external Certified Public Accountants. In line with SSC’s Financial Regulations SCF submits quarterly statements of accounts for SSC verification.
